Our environmental permitting services focus on timely issuance of agency authorizations. For capital protect permit compliance, we assemble a mature and sophisticated team of specialists to record and report the necessary permit compliance data. Areas of competency include:

Wetland Delineations
DNA’s wetland scientists have an in-depth understanding of Alaska wetlands classification and mapping systems, and routinely perform standard wetland determinations and functional assessments for projects throughout Alaska including gravel pits, road upgrades and drilling pad expansions. With GIS mapping and spatial analysis capabilities, we can provide your project with permit consultation, preliminary jurisdictional wetland determinations and wetland map production.

Solid Waste Landfills/Drilling Mud Monofills
Our contaminated sites specialists provide federal (40 CFR 258) and state solid waste permit compliance (18 AAC 60), including detection monitoring, assessment monitoring, and corrective action design and implementation.

Marine Mammal Observers
DNA maintains a network of on-call experienced marine mammal observers/protected species observers (MMOs/PSOs) qualified to identify and collect statistically reliable information regarding the level and nature of marine mammal interactions.

RCRA Waste Management Plans
We have the experience to provide company-wide Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) management and compliance tools. From initial assessment and catch-up disposal (tank bottoms, etc.), to an on-going site by site management plan, we can help you stay in compliance and avoid non-conforming accumulation.
